4.1 – What Is Warely Soundbox? 

Warely Soundbox is a payment notifier designed for busy food and beverage outlets, retail stores and service businesses. It combines real-time voice alerts with a clear on-screen display so you can hear and see every transaction the moment it happens. 4.3 – How to Use Warely Soundbox 

Powering Up Your Soundbox 

1. Locate the power button at the back of the Warely Soundbox. 

2. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on. 

3. Once powered on and connected, the Soundbox will display your merchant name and QR code, indicating it’s ready to accept payments. 

Charging the Warely Soundbox 

Use the USB-C port located on the side of the device. Plug in the included charging cable to recharge. The Soundbox supports all-day battery life, so you can use it throughout your business hours. 

Accepting Payments with Warely Soundbox 

1. Customers can scan the QR code shown on the Soundbox screen using their preferred payment app. 

2. The Soundbox does not require a keypad input. Customers simply enter the amount on their mobile device and complete the transaction. 

3. Once payment is successful, the Soundbox will: 

1. Announce the received amount out loud 

2. Display the amount on the front and back screens 

3. The confirmation screen stays on for 3 seconds 

Note: 

• The small digits on the left side of the screen show the transaction count, which resets when the device is turned off. 

• The large number on the right is the amount received. 

Refunding or Voiding a Transaction 

To void a transaction, use the Warely Merchant Dashboard. The refund must be made manually in cash, as digital refunds are not processed through the Soundbox itself. 

Checking Sales Balance and Transaction History 

To view your sales balance and last 5 transactions: 

1. Press the F1 button on the back of the Soundbox. 

2. Sales data will appear on the front screen. 

3. Use F1 or F2 to scroll through the records. 

4. After 10 seconds of inactivity, the device will automatically return to the default QR code screen.
